At DB Domestic Appliances, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your appliance is faulty or not as described, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

  Ensure the item is in its original packaging with all manuals, accessories, and protective transit bolts securely in place.

  We will arrange for a specialized courier to collect heavy appliances from your doorstep at a time that suits your schedule.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
