Yes, we provide professional installation services for most integrated and freestanding appliances. You can select the 'Installation' add-on at checkout. Please ensure that existing plumbing and electrical connections meet the required safety standards before our team arrives.
What is your return policy for faulty or unwanted items?
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. If an appliance develops a technical fault, it is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, and we will assist you in arranging a repair or replacement.
Can you dispose of my old appliance when delivering a new one?
We offer an eco-friendly 'Recycle and Remove' service. For a small fee, our delivery team will disconnect your old appliance and take it away for responsible recycling in accordance with WEEE regulations.
